Availability of Dates for Community Center Rental

Confirmation of availability is through the Riverdale Recreation Director, Mrs. June Carelli, ONLY! The date will be reserved only after a completed application and the fees are received.

Rentals

The Community Center is available to Riverdale residents and Riverdale business owners only.

The Resident Fees are:

  • $50 Clean up charge
  • $20 Defibrillator Fund

    The Commercial User Fees are:
  • $150 Set-up and Cleaning charges
  • $20 Defibrillator Fund

  • All renters are required to post a $500 refundable deposit against damages and/or violations of the terms of the contract.

    • To Reserve The Community Center

    In order to reserve a specific date you must first contact the Riverdale Recreation Director, Mrs. June Carelli. Please leave a message on the answering machine at the Community Center or notify her by way of email.
